シンガポール、フェーズ３への移行が年内にも

求人需要高：物流ロジスティックス

コロナ対策措置である行動制限が、現在のフェーズ２から３に年内に緩和されそう、との政府発表が先週あり、仕事関係者や友人知人間では、目下その話題で持ちきりだ。

 

大きく変わるのは、「ソーシャル・ギャザリング」の人数制限が５人から８人までに引き上げられること、結婚式、宗教のための集会、博物館美術館開催などのパブリックイベントのための人数が５０人まで許可されること。

 

マスク着用義務や、セーフ・ディスタンシング・ルールは継続する。

 

その他には、映画館入館時の接触追跡アプリ「トレーシング・トゥギャザー」の使用義務化（11月16日から）など。

 

ナイトクラブ・カラオケ店の営業再開は認められていない。

 

フル・テレワークから、徐々にオフィス勤務体制に戻るよう調整する企業もあるが、私の周囲では、これを機にフレキシブル勤務体制にマネジメント・シフトする企業も多い。

 

新しい日常が、我々を包囲し始めている。

オフィス勤務、教育現場、ヘルスケア、健康保険、安全セキュリティの場面で。

個人レベルでは、友人親交や、食生活、日常の過ごし方など。

 

シンガポールの求人数が高まるセクターも、我々の需要を反映している。

先月末のMOM労働省発表の有効求人数2,200件の募集のうち、60％を超える1,300件はEコマースを含む物流ロジスティックスセクターだ。

 

物流ロジスティックスセクターの、専門職者・部長級管理職・エグゼクティブ・技術者（PMET）ポジション掲載月給は、$4,000から$7,000（平均$5,500）。

ブルーカラー社員の場合は、$1,900から$2,400（平均$2,175）。

  Singapore may enter phase 3 by year-end

  Jobs in logistics sector make up 60%

   

  The multi-ministry task force handing Covid-19 announced that phase 3 of Singapore’s reopening could occur by year-end.

   

  This will allow the size of gatherings outside homes & visiting homes to be increased up to 8 people (currently up to 5 people).

   

  In addition, capacity limits in museums, wedding receptions and places of worship may be increased to 50 people.

   

  Safe management measures such as wearing masks and safe distancing will remain the same as mandatory.

   

  Nightclubs and karaoke lounges are likely to remain closed.

   

  I hear some companies are ready for welcoming their employees back to office, but more managements seem to have been considering of flexible working styles triggered by Covid-19.

   

  The new normals are obviously around us - from working environment, education, healthcare, insurance, security to friendship, eating habits and private life.

   

  Reflected to high demands from people, job offers in the logistics sector seems to be very high.

  At the end of last month, the number recorded about 1,300 jobs among 2,100 available jobs.

   

  The salary for logistics managers (PMET) is $3,700 to $7,250 a month, with a median of $5,500.

   

  For non-PMET roles such as transport clerks, it is $1,900 to $2,400 a month, with a median of $2,175.
