2021年のシンガポール優良企業200社ランキングが、世界の主要な業界、市場調査や消費者動向に関するデータや統計を提供するStatista社により発表された。（今月13日）
全体の調査対象企業は1,700社で、200人以上の正社員がいる企業が対象。約9千人から回答を得た。

今年の第1位はGoogle社、続いてApple社、Adidas Singapore。
昨年堂々第1位にランクインした日系企業のUniqlo（ユニクロ）社の今年の順位は7位。

今年上位にランクインした企業に共通してみられたのは、コロナ禍の企業危機管理対策への評価が高い点。
社員の働く目的へのモチベーション、社内の人材評価システム、また、社員が自身の企業への応募を家族や友人に勧めているかどうかも評価ポイントに含まれる。
コロナ禍でも社員から厚い支持を得た企業は、セミコンダクター、電気機器、薬品化学、バイオテクノロジー、保険、ロジスティックス産業に顕著に見られた。
5位のアマゾン社については、社員に投票形式のアンケートを毎日実施し、社員の働きがいの満足度を計測する取り組みを実施していたようだ。

More than 1,700 companies with at least 200 employees were considered for this ranking. The survey was conducted by global research firm Statista and The Straits Times.
Technology giants Google and Apple ranked in the first and second, respectively.
Japanese retailer Uniqlo came in the seventh this year while it ranked in the first last year.
The survey questions also included additional Covid-19-specific questions such as the crisis management.
The article that during the pandemic, sectors such as semiconductors and electronics, drugs and biotechnology, insurance and logistics, showed relatively high levels of employee satisfaction.

Amazon which ranked in the fifth position was introduced with the good practices that it had conducted a daily poll to gauge employee sentiments in real time.
